DJ Ro aka Ro Watts | Founder

Music has been a part of DJ RO’s life as long as he’s been breathing. As a teen he began his entrepreneurship skills in New Orleans, Lower 9th Ward at the age of 15 which contributed to him becoming the imaginative DJ he is today. DJ RO collaborated with local promoters as an outlet for teens to showcase their talent through entertainment. Throughout the years he gained recognition by perfecting his talent and mastering his craft. He started High Fidelity Mobile DJ Services, which allowed him to keep his ear to the streets and become the most sought after DJ in New Orleans and surrounding areas.

WQUE FM 93.3; IHeart Media got wind of DJ RO’s talent. Q93 was a Churban station that targeted a pop audience at the time, DJ RO played a key role in changing 93.3 format to the #1 Urban Station in the New Orleans market. DJ RO created and maintains the only live mixshow on the radio for the past 25 years. In 2004 DJ RO began his community endeavors by giving his 1st Annual Back To School Rally to assist families in reducing financial burdens for the start of the upcoming school assist families in reducing financial burdens for the start of the upcoming school year. We provide school supplies, health screening, voters registration, uniforms, bags, computer giveaways and prizes for the kids with the support of New Orleans Police Department. Philanthropist/Entertainer John Legend, Mase, as well as Q93 and other local artists have shown support to the Back-To-School Rally throughout the years. DJ RO strives to make each year better than the previous with your support.

DJ RO vision is to empower others to stand up for a cause of their own. DJ RO formed the “Don’t Even Trip Dream Foundation” as a commitment of uniting our communities through entertainment. DJ RO is using his influence to make a difference.

LaJoan Williams | Co-Founder

Williams is a native of New  Orleans LA. Growing up in Marrero, LA; as a child she always had a passion for helping others which lead her into the medical field. Ms. Williams is a graduate of John Ehret High School, she went on to Gretna Career College to further her career as a Certified Medical Assistant.

Ms. Williams has eight years of experience as a Mental Health Technician traveling to hospitals in the New Orleans and surrounding areas to assist with patient care. Ms. LaJoan Williams began her career in the Entertainment Industry in 2002 as a Manager for Local Entertainment Labels in New Orleans and surrounding areas.

Ms. Williams alongside Latrica Rivers formed Dream Management in 2008 which humbly brought her to a comfort level of success. Dream Management is an organization focusing on continuously pushing the envelope for early adoption of new ideas and tactics in the lifestyle, entertainment and new media spaces. Described as a mash up business; Dream Management is largely a lifestyle marketing company built on inspiration, innovation, integrity and intelligence. Over the years, Ms. Williams and her associates have been involved in every aspect of the industry from concert and sports promotion, marketing, business and product development, music and film production, digital architecture and publishing, sales promotions, artist development, major event planning, multi platform distribution, fashion design, merchandising and more.

Ms. Williams and DJ RO AKA Ro Watts recently formed “Don’t Even Trip Dream Foundation,” as a commitment to uniting our communities through entertainment. The Foundation will do various activities throughout the year to show community support.

We have participated in the following events:
Lytia’s 1st Annual Breast Cancer Ball and Ms. Black Louisiana Scholarship/ Teacher Appreciation Fundraiser which were very successful events.

In December 2010 we launched our Annual Christmas Give-A-Way which will bring food and gifts into the homes of less fortunate families in the New Orleans and surrounding areas.

In 2011 we launched our “Stop The Violence Campaign” to help end senseless violence, which will include a walk against violence, materials to bring awareness, billboards and more. In August 2011, we launched our Annual Back To School Rally in New Orleans, Lower 9th Ward.
